Richanne Lamb ‘s Bio

Richanne Lamb is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. She holds a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and a UF Talent Acquisition Advisor certification. Richanne is currently pursuing her MBA with dual concentrations in healthcare administration and HR management.

Richanne’s career is marked by her proactive and strategic approach to leadership. She serves on the AAMC GIP Strategic Planning and Management Subcommittee and the AAMC Human Resources Interest Group, contributing to national discussions on HR strategies and management. Her expertise in change management and operational efficiencies has been demonstrated through her leadership in various high-impact projects, including Reimagining Faculty Orientation—a project she recently presented at the AAMC conference.

Her extensive experience encompasses chair and faculty search committees, leading faculty recruitment projects, chairing comprehensive reviews of departments and offices for operational efficiencies and strategic planning, and developing strategic proposals for the College of Medicine’s programming. Richanne’s background in HR at both the college and department levels has equipped her with the skills necessary to drive strategic initiatives and optimize HR processes. As the interim HR Director at the College of Medicine, Richanne is committed to ensuring continuity and enhancing the effectiveness of HR operations. Collaborating closely with Tammy Williams, Chief Operating Officer, Richanne will work with department leadership and the HR leadership team to implement strategies that support the college’s mission and provide robust support during transitional periods.
