The VA will collect all application forms online through a website called USA Staffing. Send trainee names and email addresses to Leondrae James if your VA counterparts have not done so already. Also, tell your trainees to look for a “Tentative Job Offer” email from usastaffingoffice@opm.gov that may initially look like or be sorted as spam.
